All Home Watch Services are supervised by a Florida Building Contractor with 25 years experience in the Construction industry. This means we are fully licensed, have General Liability Insurance and are specialists in the care and maintenance of SW Florida homes.

  • For your security: All our Technicians are back-ground checked and wear photo id badges when on property and during home inspections

  • Initial 10-Point Home Evaluation

  • Regularly scheduled home visits

  • Customized checklists to fit the individual needs of your home

  • Detailed Home Inspection Report completed after each home inspection

  • IMMEDIATE reporting of any abnormalities found

  • Basic Service includes:

    • Visual inspection of doors, windows, lanais, garage, pool and exterior of home. We check for signs of rodents, insects, water leaks, mold or mildew, break-ins or damages and verify that the home is secure

    • Check that A/C is cooling, re-set thermostat and humidistat if needed

    • Check electrical panel for tripped breakers and insure water heater is turned off

    • Run faucets, sink disposal, showers and flush toilets

  • QRIDit Software System:

    • GPS technology tracks the exact date, time and duration of each home inspection

    • Each Client receives a customized electronic inspection report including the condition of the property, checklist of services performed and notes on any abnormalities

    • Clients able to log in 24/7 through the QRIDit website to view reports and communicate with Key Construction

  • HouseSetter

    • 24/7 Home Monitoring System

    • Monitors temperature, humidity and power outages. Sends text and emails if temperature and/or humidity exceeds preset settings or if a power outage occurs

    • Runs on a cellular platform (not wifi) and has a lithium battery backup so it’s not affected by power outages

    • Can be controlled remotely

    • No installation required, just simply plug it in
